Membership Cancellations
You may cancel your monthly or annual membership at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals immediately:
- Monthly memberships: Access continues through the end of the paid month. The current month's fee is non-refundable.
- Annual memberships: If you cancel within 14 days of your initial enrollment and have not used any clinical services (visits, prescriptions, lab orders), you may request a full refund. After 14 days, the annual fee is non-refundable, but access continues through the end of the paid year.
Single-Visit and Add-On Services
Single-visit fees and add-on services (e.g., specialty consults, custom lab panels) are non-refundable once the service has been rendered. If a service has not yet been delivered, you may request a refund within 7 days of payment.
Prescriptions and Medications
Synergy does not manufacture, dispense, or ship medications. Prescriptions are sent electronically to the pharmacy you select, which handles fulfillment and any refund or return of physical product. We are not able to refund pharmacy charges.
Failed Sends, Errors, and Service Outages
If a service you paid for cannot be delivered due to an issue on our end (e.g., we cannot match you with a licensed clinician in your state, an internal error prevents us from processing your visit), we will issue a full refund of the affected charge.
How to Request a Refund
Email billing@synergyhealthdpc.com with your name, registered email, and the charge in question. We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds post to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Disputes
Please reach out to us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly. Chargebacks issued without prior contact may result in suspension of your account pending resolution.
