Questions about plans

How much does it cost, and do I need insurance?
No insurance needed. The Individual membership is $29.99/month, Family is $49.99/month (up to 4 people), and a one-time Spot Visit is $79.99. No copays, no hidden fees.
Can my fees be reimbursed by my insurance company?
Possibly, depending on your insurance company. In some cases you can submit a receipt for your membership, and some insurers will apply these payments toward a deductible.
What if I have Medicare?
Medicare patients can join but must agree and acknowledge that they cannot submit claims to Medicare, as Direct Primary Care is not covered. We can still order referrals and medical equipment through Medicare.
What if I have Medicaid?
We do not accept Medicaid insurance.
What if I need to cancel my membership?
You can cancel at any time from your patient portal or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; charges for the current period are not prorated. See our Refund Policy for details.
